The Microposite Claim Process is simple and easy:
Complete Claim Form: Call 1-888-724-1160 (toll-free) to complete a warrant claim form.
Proof of Purchase: Provide documentation which supports Proof of Home Purchase and Installation.
Claim Submission: Mail completed Claims Request Form and all supporting documentation to:
